The Shutter Rolling Machine is a high speed, automatic unit built to produce shutters from pre painted galvanized iron. Indian engineers produce every unit - the frame accepts coils that weigh up to three tonnes - production continues without pause on long runs. The machine forms steel as thick as one millimetre, which suits most roller shutter sizes. It moves strip at eight metres each minute and keeps the pace steady - hourly output stays high. Because the unit cycles under automatic control, operators set the program once and need not guide the metal by hand - the sequence repeats with the same measurements every cycle.
