It runs on a 50 HP, three phase, 440 V supply plus turns out 6 - 10 tonnes of formed sheets each day at a line speed of 10 m per minute. It handles sheet thickness from 1 mm to 2 mm and accepts coils up to 1220 mm wide - it meets the demands of large rail but also infrastructure jobs. The machine accepts standard coils with an inside diameter of 508 mm and works continuously with little need for manual help.
