Description

The Rail Roof Sheet Forming Machine from M/S Ferro Industries is an automatic, high capacity unit that produces color coated rail roof sheets. The frame is mild steel and runs on 440 V three phase power. It forms sheet at 15 m/min and accepts stock up to 1450 mm wide. A fully automatic cutter trims each sheet to the set length - the operator enters the length on the control panel plus needs almost no further action. One shift yields about 15 t of finished sheet, enough for large industrial or infrastructure jobs. Parts that wear are easy to reach - the machine keeps running with little downtime.
