Rotary Air valves, are commonly used in industrial and agricultural applications as a component in a bulk or specialty material handling system. These are primarily used for discharge of bulk solid material from hoppers/bins, receivers, and cyclones into a pressure or vacuum-driven pneumatic conveying system. Rotary Air Valves also known as Rotary feeder or Rotary airlocks. Rotors have large vanes cast or welded on and are typically driven by electric motors.Rotary valves are available with square or round inlet and outlet flanges. Housing can be fabricated out of sheet material or cast. Common materials are cast iron. Rotary Valve is closed chamber used to regulate flow of product /raw material from one chamber to another. Rotary Airlock Valve for various materials can be design & supplied as per the output requirements. We can offer casting / fabricated body as per customer requirement.
