Application of Vacuum Evaporator:For vacuum concentration of fruit pulp, milk, tomato pulp vacuum evaporator is used.Process:The product is fed inside the vacuum pan which is heated under the vacuum by steam passing through steam jackets. The machine is fitted with a slow speed stirrer which helps in eliminating charring of the product.Salient Features:1) All the body is made in SS 304. 2) Bottom half is provided with steam jacket with adequate stiffners.3) Man hole is provided at the top for cleaning.4) Equipped with steam fittings and safety valve.Additional Information Delivery Time 3 Month
