Deflashing Machine

Worn molds aren't the only reason for flash, but cryogenic deflashing reliably removes this excess material from hard-to-reach areas and tough part geometries. Cryogenic deburring is used for parts that are machined, typically with CNC equipment.Deflashing is the process of removing residual rubber, titanium, stainless or plastic material used in the injection molding process. The “leftover” particles are removed (through the deflashing process) in a centrifugal barrel finishing machine which is a fast and cost effective way to deflash multiple parts.
