The top layer features 1-4mm EPDM granules with 22% polymer content, mixed with a 20% BASF polyurethane binder of Korean make, which has an NCO content of 10.47% and an average viscosity of 1478.These UV-resistant granules, sourced from a Malaysian-German Fairmont company, provide exceptional weather resilience and long-lasting color vibrancy. Engineered for high performance, the flooring offers a tensile strength exceeding 4.0 MPa, elongation over 500%, and a hardness of 60 Shore durometer, Bulk Density 700, Specific Gravity 1.65 +, ensuring excellent impact absorption and durability.Designed to enhance safety, it provides Critical Fall Height Protection, making it ideal for playgrounds, sports areas, and recreational spaces.
