Zerust Axxanol 34CD-HF Rust Preventive

Zerust®/Excor® Axxanol™ 34CD-HF is a solvent-based highflash point rust preventive coating. It leaves a very light, oily film on the protected surface. It provides corrosion protection against aggressive environments such as airborne salts, high humidity and high temperatures.Axxanol™ 34CD-HF protects ferrous-based metal types such as cast-iron and steel against corrosion and is multimetal compatible. It provides temporary rust protection for up to 1 year. Use to protect parts during program changeover periods in the assembly process. The product is suitable as a weldable RP and once the solvent is completely evaporated the coating does not need to be removed before welding.The thin protective coating can be removed with most alkaline cleaners or may be left on during the assembly process.
