PACORR- Salt Spray Chambers

Salt Spray Chambers are laboratory machines that speed up rust tests on metal parts, paints and protective coatings. The outer box holds any temperature from room level up to 45 °C, while the inner test space stays at 35 °C plus or minus 2 °C - every run stays the same. The display repeats the set point within 2 °C and shows steps as small as 0.1 °C letting the operator keep tight control. The walls, seals but also fittings use strong, non rusting parts that survive cycle after cycle without breaking down. The design follows ASTM B117 and ISO 9227 - car, plane, ship and electronics plants accept the data. A solid thermostat as well as sensor give answers that stay the same from one test to the next. Built in India, the unit helps teams design new parts, check batch quality and prove goods fit for export.
