The body is of three parts- bottom housing, a top housing in two halves; front top feeding side and rear top with impact arms. Front and rear top housings are hinged so it can be opened for maintenance through a hydraulic system. The rotor shaft is mounted on a heavy duty double row self aligning spherical roller bearings, in the bottom housing. Dynamically balanced to eliminate vibrations and stresses. Rotor discs are strengthened by wear resistant toughening process. The blow bars are of heavy wear resistant special alloy steel. Blow bars can be easily removed and assembled on to rotor discs and reversed when top side is wornout.The space set between the blow bar and the impact arm determines the size and quality of out-put. This space can be easily adjusted to the desired gap setting from outside by means of adjusting screw. The impact arms are provided within heavy quality alloy steel castings. Its position can be easily adjusted, and the gap setting at the top and bottom can seen through inspection door on the sides. Easier to operate & maintain: even by unskilled personnel. Feed to the full width of the opening: Just guard the against tramp iron/other foreign materials getting into the machine.
