Sand Rain

In the shell building process, after dipping the cluster in the slurry, they are coated with sand or ‘stuccoed'. The machine is designed for the purpose. The machine produces a uniform sand rain in which the slurry dipped wax cluster is manipulated to obtain a uniform coating of the refractory particles on the cluster.Larger Custom sizes for Robotic Shell building or Lost foam Processes are available on request.
