The Muller Mixer is used for thoroughly mixing various ingredients (Taphole clay, Coke Breeze, Fire Clay, Hard Pitch Refractory Brick etc.). Application of The machine is also done where an amount of binder or agglomerate is to be blended into the material, it is also used for densification of the mix. The pan is stationary inside which rotate heavy duty mullers / rollers . The heavy wide rollers ride over the material where intensive crushing, shearing and mixing action takes place. Scrappers and ploughs are provided for directing the mass into the path of the rollers and pan. DESCRIPTION - BASE FRAME : The Muller is assembled on a heavy duty channel Base Frame. Made of M.S. Channel with M.S. Pads properly machined. ROLLER : Graded Cast Iron, as per IS-210 fitted with FG 200 Tyre and Tapper Roller Bearings. MIXING TABLE : M.S. Construction as per IS 2062A plate with suitable linings rests on 4 legs. Both �Base Frame� and �Vertical Column� are bolted together and �Pan Base� is also bolted with �Vertical Columns�. VERTICAL COLUMNS : 4 nos. vertical columns, made of M.S. Channel with M.S. Plate, which are properly machined. PAN : Pan dia. is 1200mm. Bottom Pan is of 16 mm. thick M.S. Plate & Pan made of 8 mm. thick M.S. Plate as per IS- 2062A. LINING FOR PAN : Made of 6 mm. thick M.S. Plate as per IS 2062A. LINING FOR PAN BASE : Made of IS-2062A. VARIABLE ROLLER PRESSURE : Rollers are spring loaded to provide a range of variable mulling pressures. PLOWS : Plows are M.S. Plate with hard faced. MULLER MIXER WATER SPRAYING SYSTEM : If required, can be provided along with the water control valve. LUBRICATION : All bearings are provided with individual greased nipples for daily lubrications. DUST & FUME EXTRACTION : Dust and fume extraction outlet pipe with flange at the top of the mixer cover to connect the dust and fume extraction system pipe as per your site condition. DISCHARGE : Bottom discharge type, there is a provision for manual system to open the discharging door for discharging the material by sliding door. DRIVE : Below the mixing plate, equipped with a vertical type Gear Box Greaves /New Allenbury make coupled with Sq. Cage T.E.F.C. Motor, Starter, V � Belts and V � Pulley, MULLER MIXER Drive.
