Mesh count of a screen indicates the number of fibres present in one square inch of the fabric. A mesh count of 110T means 110 fibre threads are present in one square inch of the fabric. Mesh count varies from one fabric to another fabric.Screen printing is the process of transferring a stencilled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. Fabric and paper are the most commonly screen-printed surfaces, but with specialised inks it's also possible to print onto wood, metal, plastic, and even glass.
