Amla (Emblica officinalis), also known as Indian gooseberry, is a highly nutritious fruit widely used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, Ayurvedic medicine, and cosmetics. The fruit has a hard seed (stone) at its center, which must be removed before further processing, especially in the preparation of candy, juice, powder, and pickles. Traditionally, seed removal was done manually, which is labor-intensive, time-consuming, and inefficient for large-scale operations.
