Mustard Seed Cleaner Machine

A seed cleaner uses a combination of winnowing with a fan to remove lighter particles (e.g. empty grains) and sifting with sieves on an oscillating screen to remove particles that are smaller (e.g. weed seeds) and larger particles (e.g. straw).Grain cleaning removes contaminants from the grain, protecting your equipment and improving the quality of your product. Grain cleaning also helps to improve your bottom line by increasing the efficiency of your operation and reducing the amount of waste you produce.It is used for fine cleaning and grading of big and small seeds, grains, spice seeds, cereals/pulses, oil seeds and any type of dry granular materials. Pre and post-aspiration system with cyclone and fan unit provides dust free operations in the plant.The sieved material passes through the magnetic fence to remove the ferromagnetic debris mixed in the material. The magnetically-selected material sucks away dust and impurities through the air suction system and is taken out by the auger and the wind shut off.
