Nandi Seed Grader

Seed Grader is the machine used in Seed Processing Industry for Grading the Seed in different types of grades i.e Good Seed, Low Grade, Foreign Particles (wooden sticks, leaves of soybean plant), mud, Light Weight , Broken Seed and Undersized Seed.It is used for fine cleaning and grading of big and small seeds, grains, spice seeds, cereals/pulses, oil seeds and any type of dry granular materials. Pre and post-aspiration system with cyclone and fan unit provides dust free operations in the plant.The seed quality of each grade should meet the following requirements: for first grade seeds, germination percentage ≥ 68%, thousand-grain weight 383 g, purity ≥ 93%, seed moisture ≤ 5%; for second grade seeds, germination percentage ≥ 26%, thousand-grain weight ≥ 266 g, purity ≥ 73%, seed moisture ≤9%; for third grade.
