Seed Cleaner Cum Grader

The seed grading process cleans seed from foreign material such as weeds, husk, straw and organic dust. Using a series of screens, the SeedShield trucks also remove small seed.Gravity separators are most often used in seed and grain operations. Stones, damaged or unfilled seeds, and other impurities can easily be removed, increasing the percentage of material that will germinate.It is used for fine cleaning and grading of big and small seeds, grains, spice seeds, cereals/pulses, oil seeds and any type of dry granular materials. Pre and post-aspiration system with cyclone and fan unit provides dust free operations in the plant.Seed Grader is the machine used in Seed Processing Industry for Grading the Seed in different types of grades i.e Good Seed, Low Grade, Foreign Particles (wooden sticks, leaves of soybean plant), mud, Light Weight , Broken Seed and Undersized Seed.
