Seed Grader Machine

The equipment consists of a slightly inclined horizontal rotating cylinder and a movable separating trough. The inside surface has small closely spaced hemispherical indentations. Small seeds are pressed into the indents by centrifugal force and can be removed.Seed processing or seed conditioning is the preparation of harvested seed for marketing to farmers. The processes involved include drying, threshing, pre- cleaning, cleaning, size grading, treating, quality testing, packaging and labelling.The seed blower serves for quick and easy separation of light and heavy seed. The seed is filled into a drawer of the acrylic glass cylinder. A fine-meshed sieve closes the upper end of the cylinder. A speed-controlled blower in the cylinder generates a constant upward air column.
