Double Head Liquid Filling Machine

The Double Head Liquid Filling Machine is a tool for the process of putting liquids into bottles and containers on production lines of small or medium scale. In the LF 1000, two filling heads are present which provide a rate of 0 - 50 bottles in one minute. It covers a volume from 100 - 1000 ml and the fill levels are within a range of ±0.5% to ±1% of the target. For power the system uses 220 V ±5% and it needs air at a pressure of 0.4 - 0.9 MPa so that the pneumatic parts can move. By using only 30 W of electricity, the machine is low in its consumption of energy. As ETSPACK built this device for tasks that require steady performance, the frame is small and takes up little space. To change the volume settings is a simple process for the operator. Due to the fact that the fills are the same every time, the amount of product that people waste is low. On the control panel, the switches are easy to understand. Because the parts are strong, the machine can run without stopping and workers can perform maintenance easily in factories for beverages, chemicals or personal care items. If a company adds this machine to a production line, the number of units produced increases.
