An airline service trolley, also known as an airline catering trolley, airline meal trolley, or trolley cart, is a small serving cart supplied by an air carrier for use by flight attendants inside the aircraft for transport of beverages, airline meals, and other items during a flight.In the restaurant industry, gueridon service or tableside service is the cooking or finishing of foods by a waiter (or maître d'hôtel) at the diner's table, typically from a special serving cart called a guéridon trolley.The trolley service is provided in gourmet restaurants and the person who provides this service is a qualified wine butler or sommelier.Hotels refer to a mobile service table or trolley, from which a dish may be dressed, prepared, carved, and flambéed in the presence of guests near their table. Service is implemented in fine dining restaurants where an à la carte menu is offered and the average spending power is higher.
