Semi-automatic Deburring Unit

We manufacture Deburring Unit for slitting lines and edge trimming lines. Burrs are mashed by alloy steel hardened ground rolls. The machine is designed as per the material specifications and other requirement of the client. Full barrel length roll is used in bottom to support maximum width coil. In case of slitting line, bottom and top rolls are same. But in case of edge trimming line two top rolls of very small barrel length are used. They can be laterally adjusted over the edges of the strip.
