The Fully Automatic Deck Sheet Roll Forming Machine that M/S Ferro Industries builds is meant for factories that need to turn out large numbers of galvanized or mild steel deck sheets. The frame uses tough EN8 mild steel and runs on a standard 440 V three phase supply. Once the operator sets the program, the machine feeds, forms plus cuts the sheet without further help. It accepts steel up to 2 mm thick and produces ten to fifteen tonnes per shift, enough for big roofing or flooring jobs. All rolls receive a galvanized finish - the final deck profile resists rust but also keeps its strength. A built in computer governs speed, length and blade position - every sheet leaves the line within tight tolerances and with a clean, safe cut. The unit ships new, needs little routine service as well as is manufactured in India.
