Baby Shopping Trolley

The baby shopping trolley frame is welded from mild steel tubes and sheets. The four castors roll flat against the floor - the trolley tracks straight along aisles - it carries between 50 kg and 100 kg of diapers, food plus groceries. A rigid plastic seat with a three point belt holds an infant - the handle sits at waist height and keeps the parent's arms relaxed. A zinc rich primer but also epoxy top coat block rust - the seat and basket lift out for washing. Retail staff hose the frame, wipe the castors as well as bolt on replacement parts. Parents push, load and unload without lifting the frame.
