The base plate made of 330 MM diameter. Seating & Foot Hold is Plastic Alloy, UV protectable 3 years and Lead free. Base Cover is Virgin LLDPE, 8 MM thick, UV protectable 3 years and Lead free. Powder Coated Pure Polyester Desired Color 110-150 microns, UV protectable for 3 years and Lead free. The Bearings are Maintenance free and Oil sealed. Equipment is manufactured and constructed only of materials that have a demonstrated durability. Metals subject to structural degradation such as rust or corrosion are painted, Galvanized or otherwise treated. Plastics and other materials that experience ultraviolet(UV) degradation are UV protected. Moving suspended elements are connected to the fixed support with bearings or bearing surfaces that serve to reduce friction and wear. Fasteners are made of stainless steel & cannot be loosened without tools nuts and bolts have a means to prevent detachment. All the open ends of pipes and bolts with socket are covered by means of LLDPE caps and base cover respectively.
