Shrink Tunnel Machine

Shrink tunnel machine automates the process of wrapping items in plastic film for packaging lines. It is built with an Automatic L sealer that provides a sealing space of 18 by 24 inches or a maximum area of 300 by 200 mm. And it completes the seal at a rate of 20 - 30 packages every minute. With an integrated tunnel, the machine applies heat evenly so that the film shrinks at the same rate across all surfaces. To operate during constant production, the system requires 3 kW of electrical power. By design operators can place the unit into existing packaging workflows without difficulty. Because the machine functions automatically, people do not need to touch the products as often, which ensures that the final packages look the same.
