BS-4525A Shrink Tunnel Machine, Automation Grade: Automatic is designed for consistent shrink-wrapping of packaged products in automated lines. The BS-4525A Shrink Tunnel Machine is an automatic system that wraps packaged products in plastic film on automated lines. It is powered by 220 - 380 V and it consumes 6.5 kW of electricity. On the conveyor belt, the speed is adjustable between 0 and 10 meters per minute to match different production rates. In the tunnel the dimensions are 450 by 250 mm. For the heating furnace, the size is 900 by 450 mm with a height that is adjustable from 50 - 200 mm. Heat is distributed evenly throughout this area so that the film shrinks consistently. By design the conveyor is able to carry a maximum weight of 10 kg. With external measurements of 1200 by 650 in 1240 mm and a weight of 90 kg, the machine is small enough for areas where space is limited. It is built to control heat cycles and it is usually ready to operate after it heats for 10 minutes. When the process finishes, the machine cools for 15 minutes so that the seals are stable and the packages do not change shape. Due to the simple controls, operators connect the unit to existing lines easily. To improve production, the machine makes packages look uniform and it allows more items to be processed in less time.
