Thermal Heat Conveyor Tunnel

A shrink tunnel (also commonly known as a heat tunnel) is a metallic tunnel that sits above or is built around a conveyor. The tunnel has a heating element that heats the products as they move through the machine. Your products are conveyed through the tunnel and are cloaked with loosely fitting shrink film.A shrink tunnel utilizes a conveyor and heat to maintain consistent temperatures within the tunnel chamber. Shrink tunnels are most often used for heat shrink packaging items, but can also be used for curing applications as well. The three primary types of shrink tunnels are recirculating, infrared, and steam tunnels.
