50 Hz Shrink Chamber Machine

The 50 Hz Shrink Chamber Machine performs shrink wrapping for products in boxes or packages within a small space at high rates. It is capable of processing packs with maximum dimensions of 450 x 375 x 250 mm. To integrate with production lines, the machine wraps between 700 and 1000 pieces every hour. For the shrinkage process to remain steady and uniform, the system uses 4 kW of heat while it operates at 50 Hz & AC 220 V. As part of the ETS PACK product line, the ETS-4535 model has total dimensions of 1895 x 720 x 1080 mm. Due to a weight of 140 kg, the machine does not move or shake when it operates without stopping. In its engineering, the layout of the chamber and the controls allow the user to maintain high output and create packages with a surface that has no defects. For those reasons, the machine is suitable for use in facilities that produce a moderate or large number of items.
