Automatic Side Sealer (BF-550)

The Automatic Side Sealer (BF-550) works to seal the sides of products wrapped in film continuously within automated packaging lines. It contains a 1.35 kW motor that uses 220V 50/60Hz power. With pneumatic support at 0.5 MPa, the machine seals items in a consistent manner. By moving at a speed of 15 m/min, the device creates seals that have no limit in length. To accommodate items that are wide or long, the seal width is 550 mm. If a package is up to 220 mm tall, the machine can process it. Because the frame measures 1650 × 1020 × 1550 mm and weighs 350 kg, the unit does not shake during use. For better results, the system controls the seal quality so that workers do not have to discard or fix as many items. In an inline workflow, the compact size allows the machine to connect easily with equipment that comes before it in the sequence. And because the parts require little attention, the machine stays active for long periods and is easy for operators to service.
