Automatic Side Sealer (BS5530LN)

The Automatic Side Sealer (BS5530LN) seals the sides and shrinks the film for items that use PVC, POF or PP materials within automated lines. It uses a motor that provides 15 kW of power plus operates on 380V at 50/60Hz. To match the speed of the production line, the operator can adjust the movement of the conveyor between 0 and 10 meters every minute. By using specific controls for heat and movement, the machine supports loads that weigh as much as 30 kg but also creates seals that do not have irregular shapes. For the shrinking process, the machine includes an internal oven that measures 1600 × 550 × 300 mm to ensure the film tightens evenly. With a total size of 2000 × 800 × 1450 mm and a weight of 200 kg, the unit remains steady when the user installs it into a line. And because the system works with different materials as well as has simple controls, workers spend less time on preparation and increase the total number of finished products.
