The unit is substantially improved having a body the fabricated from heavy gauge stainless steel with ample clearance necessary to facilitate the high through-puts of which it is capable. An inspection door secured by a quick release clips, encloses the sieve chamber which contains the readily removal sieve basket. This stainless steel basket which supports the desired metal or textile mesh, surrounds the stainless steel impellers. Mounted on the same shafts, the worm feed from inlet chamber & beyond this is one of the two sealed bearings which are mounted outside of the processing compartment in order to minimize any possibility of contamination.
