Sigma blade mixer also have applications in the food industry for mixing chocolate, nugget and chewing gum base.The Σ Blade is an unlockable weapon for Zero and Layer in Mega Man X8. It is a gigantic sword, the same weapon used by Sigma in his boss battle. It can be obtained by either completing the game or entering a code on the title screen, and then buying it in the R&D Lab.Sigma blade mixers mix by over-turning the product, splitting the product as it is forced down over the “saddle” or central ridge of the mixer bowl and by shearing the product between the blades and the bowl.
