Description

Fused Silica/Quartz is completelyunaffected by all halogens andacids regardless of temperature orconcentration with the exception ofhydro-fluoric and phosphoric acid.They have low coefficient of thermalexpansion, between 0 and 800°C is 5.5x 10 -7/°C. Fused silica is not sensitiveto abrupt temperature changes.
