We manufacture many types of steering Yokes.We manufacture these using state of the art machiningfacilities.We are specialist in hammer forgings ( close die ) and other type of forgings . We have in house hammer forgings,friction press forgings,screw press forgings,ring rolling,upsetter forgings. We have a full fledged forging facility couple with fully equipped tool room that includes vmc, cnc milling,shapers,planners,surface grinder,die grinders,big heavy lathes. In production we have belt drop hammer, 2 ring rolling having capacity of 350 mm ring,friction presses,upsetter having capacity of 5 inches,in machining we have cnc turning centre,high precision vmc,broaching,surface grinding,internal grinding,centreless grinding,cylindrical grinding,hobbing,auto lathes,automatic induction hardening,battery of production lathes,hmc machining. Wedevelop components as per cad drawings and also samples. We have our own engineering department and cad station where we first start with drawings and then prototype with ppap iii documents and then after approval final production.
