High Speed - Automatic Vertical Form Fill & Seal Machine with 14 Head Weigher (PLC Driven) Description of Operation: The single lane Twin Servo Motor Driven operated by PLC packaging machine "Set- pack With 14 Head Weigher" is a vertically operating, fully automatic forming-, filling and sealing machine for the production of tubular shaped pouches(pillow, center seal). In a sequence of single operation, the film is pulled by the help of a servo motor via draw down belts, while in motion it forms a tubular shape and is sealed by the help of the servo motor lengthwise. Further it performs the filling of the product and does the final sealing and gets detached.
