It is generally used for breaking of bigger lumps which comes out from the mixer. It turns down the mass after due refining and homogenizing into noodle form. Thus, its use accelerates the production rate as well as it acts as a refiner. The crest of cylindrical housing is fitted with suitable perforated plate in accordance with the size of noodles as determined having six or four Shredders rotating on the surface of perforated plate for cutting noodles.
