Soap wrapping Machine

A Soap Wrapping Machine is studied to wrap rectangular and oval soap bars with or without side band, using outlet paper and inner stiffener; this last is useful for a stability to oval and soap bars. This wrapping style is called double-point end fold. Soap stiffener is a specialty poly coated paper with customized PE coating on one side, which is majorly used in bath soap packaging to maintain the freshness and fragrance of the soap. Wrap a measuring tape around the middle of your bar of soap. Add 2 inches (5.1 cm), then cut out a strip of patterned paper according to this length. Wrap it around the middle of your soap, overlap the ends in the back, and secure them with tape or glue. Envelopes tend to work best for bars of soap because they are flat and sturdy. Envelopes are also suitable for small and durable items like lip balm and cosmetics. It's possible to place larger items such as jars and bottles, just make sure the packaging is sturdy (glass is not recommended)
