Pet Soda Bottle Machine

A PET bottle-making machine is a machine used to manufacture plastic bottles made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The soda bottle so common today is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a strong yet lightweight plastic. PET is used to make many products, such as polyester fabric, cable wraps, films, transformer insulation, generator parts, and packaging.PET, or PolyEthylene Terephthalate, is used to package 70% of carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, dilutable drinks and bottled water. Light, durable, safe and with a smaller carbon footprint than alternatives, PET is the most recyclable plastic in the world.Quite simply, PET is formed by ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid. These two elements are combined to form pellets of PET plastic. To produce plastic bottles, the PET is polymerised to create long molecular chains which undergo a manufacturing process to turn it into the end product.
