Solar Air Conditioner

Solar air conditioning, or "solar-powered air conditioning", refers to any air conditioning (cooling) system that uses solar power. This can be done through passive solar design, solar thermal energy conversion, and photovoltaic conversion (sunlight to electricity).There are primarily two types of Solar Air Conditioning systems, namely Thermal Work Driven systems and Electric Photovoltaic cell-driven systems. The thermal work-driven systems are based on thermodynamic processes in which heat energy absorbed from the sun is utilized.The solar collectors are coupled to the desiccant system (it consists of a desiccant dehumidifier, an air–air heat exchanger, a water-air heat exchanger, and a humidifier). This provides the heat required to regenerate it, precisely the desiccant dehumidifier.
