Solar Rooftop System

A rooftop solar power system, or rooftop PV system, is a photovoltaic (PV) system that has its electricity-generating solar panels mounted on the rooftop.Solar Rooftops are solar panels placed on top of roofs of commercial, institutional or residential buildings. These panels capture light energy emitted by the sun and convert it into electrical energy. This setup is also known as Solar Rooftop Photo-Voltaic System.The solar rooftop model pose very less pollution risks to the environment when compared to conventional sources of energy. They do not use any kind of fuel that emits harmful gases to generate electricity nor produce any noise.In a solar rooftop system, the solar panels are installed in the roof of any residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. This can be of two types (i) Solar Rooftop System with storage facility using battery, and (ii) Grid Connected Solar Rooftop System.
