Spiral Mixers

The spiral mixer is an industrial equipment conceived to prepare bread dough or other sort of product, replacing manual labour through a mechanical system that allows to produce, continuously, large quantities of dough.Spiral mixers use one motor to rotate the bowl and another motor to rotate the spiral arm. The mixers operate with a pulley system, so they are quieter than planetary mixers.
