Description

Fully water-cooled and pneumatic (“automatic”) portable spot gun with synchronous built-in electronic timer with SCR from 2 to 65 cycles. Current control with phase shift adjustment to carry out difficult welds, on very thin thickness, on rods with reduced diameter, on stainless steel sheet and similar. Max 2000 spots per hour (33 spots per minute, roughly need to wait 2 seconds between welds to dissipate heat).These are portable suspension type spot welders designed with extraordinary versatility with many variations in welding guns. These machines are designed for high-speed production to meet the demand of metal fabrication workshops of automobile bodies and subassemblies.
