SS 304 5mm Super Duplex Sheet

Super Duplex Sheet is a flat, thin sheet made from super duplex stainless steel, a highly corrosion-resistant alloy with a balanced microstructure of austenite and ferrite and enhanced alloy content—including higher levels of chromium (24–26%), nickel (6–8%), molybdenum, and sometimes nitrogen. This composition gives it exceptional strength and superior resistance to harsh environments, especially those with chlorides, acids, and high pressures. Super duplex sheets are commonly used in offshore oil and gas platforms, chemical processing plants, marine equipment, desalination systems, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. They are especially valuable in situations where both mechanical strength and maximum corrosion protection are required.
