Bottle Inspection Table

DESCRIPTION: Inspection Table is equipment consisting of a three tracks Conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color to enable the operator to check visually any particles in the filled bottle. Basically this equipment is placed in a liquid oral packaging line after filling and capping machine. OPERATION: The Central Conveyor belt brings in the bottles from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on to the two adjoining conveyor belts and further on to the side tables for two operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles and visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white and black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled. After inspection the bottle is placed in the central track, which is transferred for next operations i.e. labeling / packaging. An S.S. belt provided on the centre of the table brings in the bottles, which automatically bifurcates the path of bottles in two channels for two operators sitting on opposite sides. There is sufficient space provided for collection of bottles for inspection. The inspected bottles are kept back on moving belt in the centre and these are further transported to the labelling machine.
