Tilting rice vessel

If you tilt an object or if it tilts, it moves into a sloping position with one end or side higher than the other. If you tilt part of your body, usually your head, you move it slightly upwards or to one side. Tilt is also a noun a change in attitude of any portion of the earth's surface whether temporary or undulatory (as in some earthquakes) or permanent (as in areas of block faulting) especially : one in which the inclination of the surface is increased.
