225 L Steam Jacketed Kettle

Steam-jacketed kettles (Figures 1 and 2) are often used to rapidly and uniformly heat food and agricultural products to processing temperatures. Steam is injected into a thin jacket that surrounds the bowl of the kettle (Figure 3).Not only does the steam kettle produce faster cooking times, but it also produces higher quality foods. Jacketed steam kettles eject steam into an outer wall, creating an even flow of heat throughout the entire cooking basin. The temperature of the heat is determined by pressure, ranging from 1 to 50 psi.
