Steam Shrink Tunnel Machine

Shrink tunnels are temperature controlled environments used to tighten shrink film that has been applied by a shrink wrapper around products. Conveyor systems move packages through the oven, allowing for an even application of heat.The tunnel has a heating element that heats the products as they move through the machine. Your products are conveyed through the tunnel and are cloaked with loosely fitting shrink film. When your products move past the heating elements, the film shrinks uniformly around the items as they are exposed to the heat.​A heat/shrink tunnel, is an enclosed and heated area that is used to not just apply heat to an object, but create a heated local environment around said object. Heat tunnels are generally found above or enveloping a section of conveyor belt to allow for automated travel through the tunnel.
