Description

Steel bar cutting machine is used for rapidly cutting various gauge steel wire. These cutting machines enable users to slice steel wire, steel bar, brass wire, aluminium wire, polycarbonate fibre, PVC pipe and various other wires into very thin gauge sizes.The bar cutting machine is used to cut mild steel bar by using shearing operation. Shearing operation uses punch and die. A punch (or moving blade) is used to push the work piece against the die (or fixed blade), which is fixed.
