However, to prevent damage during shipment, three criteria must be met: (1) the shrink film must fully contain the product, (2) the load must be secured to the pallet and (3) the beginning and end of the stretch film must be secured. To insure that the load arrives undamaged the film�s placement, applied containment force and pre-stretched levels must be controlled.
