A stretch wrap machine is a piece of equipment that automatically wraps pallets with stretch wrap. This keeps the products housed inside of the pallet contained and safe from damage.Stretch wrapping machines are used to wrap stretch film around a loaded pallet. Film provides extra support while the products are being transported & storage to protect them from tip, spill or from being damaged. Additionally , wrapped loads can easily be separated and identified.Stretch wrapping machines typically consist of four main parts: a turntable, pre-stretch assembly, carriage assembly, and controller. The turntable rotates the pallet so that the entire surface can be wrapped evenly. The pre-stretch assembly stretches the film before it is applied to the pallet.
